As with all our products, our Little Hoppa play mats are crafted by our experts. Each item is made with love using planet friendly materials and people friendly processes.

Materials

UK Delivery

Your order will be bouncing its way to you very soon! Ordinarily this would be a guaranteed 48-hour delivery slot, but because of the ongoing impacts of Covid-19, we are currently seeing some minor delays with the UK courier network and estimate your delivery to be between 2-6 days. Please know we are all working really hard to get you your orders as quickly as possible.

Once you have placed an order, you will be sent status updates via email and text message. Please note that you will also receive an email from our fulfilment partners labelled ‘Your Haul & Store order’, this will have your tracking details on.

Please include a mobile and a valid email address if you want to receive updates on your order, and please carefully check your address is correct as a re-delivery fee may be charged if the address is incorrect.

If you have ordered multiple items, you will receive these items separately. Our accessories and smaller items are sent by Royal Mail and our larger Little Hoppa 3-in-1 and Little Hoppa bouncer boxes are sent via DPD or Yodel.

EU delivery

For our customers purchasing from outside of the UK

Brexit has changed the way EU customers buy from the UK, and it is important that you understand this is out of our control but that we have done all we can to make this as easy, cost effective and as transparent as possible. We know you want to get your hands on Little Hoppa so this is how it works. 

1. Order as usual through our website, your will see prices in your local currency, these prices exclude VAT and taxes
2. At the checkout the price you will be charged will be exclusive of VAT unlike our UK customers who will be paying this upfront
3. Your order will go to EU customs before it arrives with you
4. The courier DPD will contact you to arrange payment of taxes + handling fee, you will need to pay this for your order to continue its journey to you. Please make sure you look out for this email as we have had reports of customers thinking it was a phishing scams. The request for payment from DPD will only be sent to you the customer, we do not have sight of the fees or the communications sent to you to help with this part of your purchase. Additional fees will vary depending on your order, it will include VAT (around 20% which has been removed from the price you paid from the product) + a handling fee which is decided by your local customs agent.

Delivery costs

Your delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout dependent on your address.

Delivery times

Please allow 5-14 working days for delivery once your order is dispatched. This is just an estimate and any delays at customs can not be controlled by us.

A few more things

We really want to make sure your orders arrive safely so please double check your delivery address, phone number and email to make sure there are no unnecessary delays at customs. by Sofie will not be liable for any additional taxes, charges, storage fees or shipping costs you may be required to pay. Shipping times are likely to vary, and customs can cause additional delays which again are out of our control.
