Delivery

 

UK Delivery

  • Orders shipping to a UK/EU address: Price includes all Taxes & Duties. Our Little Hoppa Baby Bouncer and our Little Hoppa 3-in-1 are sent via CSM large item courier service, on a 48-hour delivery. Please note this is a weekday only service and orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.
  • If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive these items separately. Our accessories and smaller items are sent by Royal Mail, also on a 48-hour weekday delivery service. 
  • Once you have placed an order you will be sent status updates via email and text message. Please include a mobile and a valid email address if you want to receive updates on your order, and please carefully check your address is correct as a re-delivery fee may be charged if the address is incorrect.

 

EU delivery

  • Orders shipping to an EU address: Price includes all Taxes & Duties. All EU orders are dispatched via DHL or UPSs courier services. Please note this is a weekday service only and orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. 
  • The price and delivery time will vary depending on where in the EU your order is shipping to. Your tracking note will give you and estimated delivery date, but as a guideline, we would expect all EU orders to be delivered within 2-6 working days.
  • If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive these items in two separate deliveries. 
  • Once you have placed an order, you will be sent status updates via email and text message. Please note that you will also receive an email from our fulfilment partners which will include your tracking details.
  • Please ensure you include a mobile and a valid email address if you want to receive updates on your order, and please carefully check your address is correct as a re-delivery fee will be charged if the address is incorrect.

 

International Delivery

If you are visiting us from outside of the UK or the EU, it is lovely to have you here! We are a UK based company and Little Hoppa is a large, heavy, furniture item so shipping globally from our EU or UK warehouse can be expensive. We are currently working really hard to offer more global shipping options for our global customers, but for now, please contact our Customer Support team at hello@littlehoppa.com with your full address and order details for a bespoke shipping quote. We have successfully sent Little Hoppa to the USA, AU, UAE, Singapore, Australia and beyond, so please do not hesitate to get in touch for more information.

Returns

How long do I have to change my mind?

You have 30 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods.

How to cancel or return your order?

  • Tell us you want to cancel or return your order. To end the contract with us, please let us know by emailing hello@littlehoppa.com
  • Returning products. If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You must either return the goods in person to where you bought them, post them back to us by contacting our Customer Support team at hello@littlehoppa.com or arrange for us to collect them. If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract.
  • When we will pay the costs of return. We will pay the costs of return: 
    1. if the products are faulty or misdescribed;
    2. if you are ending the contract because we have told you of an upcoming significant change to the product or these terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.

In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.

If your item has incurred damage during delivery, has missing parts or you have received the incorrect item, please contact Little Hoppa® Customer Service at hello@littlehoppa.com for assistance.

Little Hoppa® should be informed of incorrect merchandise or merchandise damaged from shipping immediately and no later than 14 days after delivery in order to process a refund.

 

Which Items Can be Returned?

We can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website, products purchased at another retail outlet will not be accepted.

All returned items must be:

  • In original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Including all parts, accessories, manuals etc.

 

Refunds

How we will refund you. 

We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.

Deductions from refunds if you are exercising your right to change your mind. 

 

If you are exercising your right to change your mind:

  • We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
  • We may also reduce your refund minus the arranged collection cost and/or the maximum refund for delivery costs (if so entitled) will be the cost of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer delivery of a product within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.

No refund will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals.

 

When your refund will be made. 

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then:

  • If the products are goods and we have not offered to collect them, your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us. For information about how to return a product to us, see clause 8.2.

In all other cases, your refund will be made within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind.

 

Which Returns Cannot be Refunded?

  • No refund will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals.
  • Items returned after 30 days of received delivery will not be refunded.
